I loved the stunning views of the Meteora rocks from my fabulous room, but some staff members were a bit surly. The location made our trip excellent, although being a bit far from town might require a taxi. The dining experience was rich and satisfying with plenty of options, and the pool area was fantastic. It offered great value for the price.

I must say, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were big and clean with a view of the cliffs, which was amazing. However, our room didn't come with a balcony as we had requested, though it seemed like many other rooms did. The service was very friendly and accommodating, but there was a pretense about a certain smell that was off-putting. The location offered a fabulous view of Meteora, though 4G connection was challenging. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown with generic food and poor selection, except for the seriously yummy Pork Belly. Overall, it was a mix of highs and lows.
